A practical course for anyone who wants to earn from a skill they already have: tailoring, baking, tutoring, handicraft, phone repair, small resale. We start with testing the idea on ten people instead of borrowing money for a guess, then work through costing and pricing so you know what you actually earn per item, finding your first customers on WhatsApp and Facebook, and keeping simple accounts in a notebook or on a phone. The last module covers growing carefully — when to hire, when to say no, and how to keep the business going through a bad month.
